This is a very customizable program that builds upon the forward stroke, back (stop), sweep stroke, draw stroke and low/high braces. More advanced maneuvering strokes such as bow and stern rudders, low-brace turns and a-beams will be introduced and practiced. Each maneuver will be taught in sequence for greater performance, efficiency and fun.
