The P&H Sea Kayaks Scorpio II LV is both a fast cruiser and load carrier: it is the natural choice for paddlers looking for a stable expedition kayak or a fast, easy boat for long distance paddles. The P&H Sea Kayaks Scorpio shares the same hull profile of the very popular P&H Sea Kayaks Cetus and like the Cetus is available in three sizes, the Scorpio II LV is the smallest of the three.
The shallow V hull and large, rounded chines smoothly transitioning in to a slender bow and stern, combined with the length of the P&H Sea Kayak Scorpio II LV add up to a fast, efficient boat with a smooth ride and effortless control in all conditions. The fairly wide hull means rock solid stability whether you’re traveling loaded or not; it tracks well and allows for covering distance comfortably while also allowing for maneuvering nimbly on edge.
The P&H Sea Kayaks Scorpio II LV features a fourth mini hatch that is at an easy to reach position in front of the cockpit. This hatch is an easy stow for a camera or day gear. This mini-hatch is just plain nifty.
Above the water, the P&H Sea Kayaks Scorpio II LV deck has been designed around the requirements of modern sea kayakers, with a plethora of additional features such as recesses for secure split paddle storage, moulded-in inserts to take a kayak sail mast foot making the Scorpio II LV like no other polyethylene sea kayak on the market.
